The Story of Brown vs. Board of Education, was the title on hundreds of newspapers, about how "An african american little girl's parents had sued the Board of Education." In 1952 the case had went to the Supreme Court from Kansas, Delaware, the District of Columbia, South Carolina, and finally Virginia, all of those states challenged the Constitution's law against racial segregation in all public school's.
